Miva Empresa 3.9 - Need Install Help

I'm trying to port an old miva store from a cobalt raq4 machine to the new plesk machine but keep getting server 500 errors after following the install procedure.

If there is anyone out there that has empressa 3.9 running on plesk can you please post some step by stem instruction to get it successfully installed and at least running the test "diag.mv" code.
