Resolved mod_bw with nginx

In plesk it's possible to use mod_bw to limit bandwith use, but only if nginx is not active (Limiting Bandwidth and Number of Connections to Websites)
Is there some option to do it include when nginx reverse proxy is on?

There is ngx_http_limit_con (Module ngx_http_limit_conn_module) but not seem an module of actual plesk nginx :-(

Thanks, I finally will do it with an another way (as I use cloudlinux, I can limit number process in LVE in these case)
