Mod_SuPHP pl 8.6 not working

Hi guys, Im tryin to install mod_suphp but unfortunately i cant. It fails Any help would be appreciated

System:
Centos 5.2_64
Suhosin
Mod_security
Plesk 8.6 installed
php 5.12
512 mb ram


Steps:

* yum install mod_suphp
* service httpd restart
