Move Plesk Key to new server

Hello, can any tell me how to move a key from server to the other

I need to do a new install but I cannot Paralles to send me an update KEY.
They want me to pay $75 to get the update KEY although its their server that causeinto my server and to change.
No one from not even answer my emails.


I cannot use my KEY unless I pay Paralles $75 to send me an update when I do not need support.

So you are saying if i build another server and want to move my plesk install, i will pay $75? that is nothing but highway robbery.
