Move to new server. Update to 8.6.1

Hello,

Moving to a new server. Trying to restore from backup created on a server running 8.6.1.

The auto updater does not update to 8.6.1. Restore does not work.

Any ideas please.

Now cannot uninstall 8.6 to install 9.5

This is getting hard...

Decided to try to upgrade to version 9.5 on new server but it would not install. Kept giving an error about a file 808 that we could not find or close. Then tried uninstalling 8.6 but now get error: 1713: Cannot uninstall (some files). Cannot remove. Cannot upgrade. What do I do?
