Moving from cpanel to plesk

I just switched from a shared host using cpanel. How can I import my mailboxes to the new server? I was told the only access I can get is with a cpanel backup. But how can I get just the mailboxes?

Anyone do this before that can give me some advice on how to do this?

Use the Plesk Migration Manager. See the docs on how to use that.
