• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Hi, i was wondering how i can move accounts from one plesk server to another, with only 1 plesk key, i have a new server and am installing plesk on the new server and getting rid of it on the old one, but i was wondering how i can do this with only one plesk key which is on the old server, would be grateful if someone could tell me how

Thanks

You should request a temp key from the Swsoft sales person. What i did last time was, i requested the Plesk temp key from SWsoft reseller (WEBNIC.cc), and performed the migration from the problematic server to another server.

If you purchase from another reseller, you should request the temp key from them.

Try to avoid using 1 same key in more than 1 server. As i know, SWsoft manage to track it and the license key will get deactivate or suspend.
