MSSharePointAppPool 100% CPU

I started using Plesk for Windows 7.6 in July 2006. Somewhere along the way I started having problems with my CPU hitting 100% with the w3wp process run by System. It would eventually shut the system down. It appeared to come and going in cycles. I ended up using procwatch to control the cpu time and save me from losing a Load of Customers. From the event logs I found that it was the MSSharePointAppPool which runs frontpage causing the problem. Procwatch would adjust the priority of it up and down and about every ten minutes would kill the process. I ran checks on all of the frontpage extensions on all the domains with no errors. I am concerned about bad permissions on the fp programs. If anyone has any ideas on how to reset the frontpage programs or maybe other potential causes, I would appreciate hearing from you.

I am a Linux Geek from way back and still cutting my teeth on Windows.
