I dont know about you but on every new domain where the client agrees I've been putting email with Google Apps (www.google.com/a).
It would be nice for Plesk to be able to format a DNS on a domain according to a DNS template, this way I wouldn't have to add those MX and CNAME records one by one.
Google Apps gives 5GB per user account for free, something only possible when you have a cluster of machines. Also it filters spam very nicely taking the CPU load of filtering emails from our server.
I would recommend this to every hosting company.
