Multiple problems. Can't login and Horde issues

Hi,

I was facing problems with Horde. I was having the following error when I was trying to access webmail.mysite.com

CGI Error
The specified CGI application misbehaved by not returning a complete set of HTTP headers.

I was trying various solutions I found on the net and now I can't login to plesk control panel.

I get an error "HTTP Error 404"? I can see the login screen, but when I enter my username and password I get the 404 error.

Any ideas? For both problems....
