• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Multiple sites single IP - how to?

Hi. I am new to Plesk and have just opened an account with HostGator for a dedicated Windows 2003 server running Plesk 8.6

My question is how do I host multiple sites on a single IP? In IIS I would use Host headers but I am unsure of how to duplicate this using Plesk. Thanks in advance for any help. I could not find any mention of this in the documentation.

Plesk uses the host header feature of IIS too. All you need to do is add your IP address to the "shared" pool and can add all domains through that IP address and host headers will be automatically created on domain creation.
