Multiple SSL certificates for Qmail?

hi there. Is it possible for Qmail to have multiple SSL certificates, since it can have multiple IP's?

Btw, it seems regular qmail+plesk 10.3 patches (there is no 10.4 patch bundle at http://kb.parallels.com/en/1161/ ),
does not include outgoingips patch. Trying to install that manually also fails because of the IPv6 references in the patched qmail 1.0.3 code..

Does anyone have a patch-outgoingips modified to work with plesk patches?
