I have several [email protected] setup.

One in particular is not working. It bounces with the following address, howeever the other aliases that are associated with that mailbox all work fine.

Hi. This is the qmail-send program at server.bry.net.
I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message to the following addresses.
This is a permanent error; I've given up. Sorry it didn't work out.

<[email protected]>:
Sorry, I couldn't find any host named inpectionsme.com. (#5.1.2)

It has to be a plesk internal problem or error, and I'm looking at the mail_aliases table in psa db, where are the actual aliases stored for qmail to look up?

They are not in /var/qmail/aliases or anywhere in the mailnames folders.

Any tips are greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Did you intentionally misspell the domain name in your post? (missing an 's') This error indicates that the domain name could not be found, rightly so since it does not exist.

When an alias is created, there should be a directory created under
/var/qmail/mailnames/domain.tld/
just as when a normal mailbox is created.

The cdb file (and others) in /var/qmail/users is also modified, the psa database.

So you should see a directory structure for tony in

/var/qmail/mailnames/inspectionsme.com/tony

Do you have your Plesk server set for Long mailnames or to accept short & long mailnames?
