Hello,
I think I found a bug but maybe you can explain it to me.
I have a domain, let's say domain.de and an alias domainalias.com. The mail-service for the domain is switched off in plesk and the MX-records for domain and alias is set to an external mail-server.
When I now try to send a mail from a web-app that is installed on the same server under another domain (domain2.de) to the address [email protected] it is sent without problems. When I send a mail to [email protected] the mail is not delivered. Same problem, wenn I send a mail from a mail-client. Mails are routed correctly to the main-domain but not to the domain-aliases. Even though the aliases have set "sync DNS-zone with primary domain" and the mail-service is switched off.
Does anyone know this problem? Is there a solution?
