My Emails go to SPAM (Hotmail, Gmail and others)

futurosoft

Basic Pleskian
Hello.

The emails that I send go to SPAM in Hotmail, Gmail and other domains. My IP is not blacklist, I have configure correctly SPF, PTR records and activate domain keys in my Plesk. I don't know that is happening. For example, this is header of a email send to hotmail:

Code:

Thanks!!

Did you notice that the domain of the server that delivered the email to Hotmail isn't the same as your email hostname? Where did Hotmail get the hostname futurosoftservidor.eu which does not seem to be registered? I looked at your reverse DNS (you did not completely obscure your hostnames, which helps) and it seems ok.

A set of headers from Gmail might be more instructive. I note that you don't have a DMARC record - Gmail now looks at DMARC records to help determine what is spam.

have the same bug

¿How can solve this? thank

For Gmail there are probably a lot more headers. I understand the desire to mask off domains (especially for email addresses), but it makes it difficult to help understand what problems you might have.

Antrax1, it would help more to see the actual headers as received in Gmail where it treated it as spam. You've left off all of the "Received from" and SPF checking headers. I do note that the reverse DNS for your domain translates to your virtual hostname - this might be a problem depending on what the rest of the headers look like. If you want, send me a private message saying you want to test headers and I'll send you my gmail address you can send a test message to. That might give me a clue.

I recently went through various issues with mail from my server being caught as spam, but since I fixed the reverse DNS, the problem went away.

Ok. I change my hostname but my emails also go to spam. I don't undertans that I am doing bad. Help please?

I had changed my hostname of server but my emails yet go to spam.

What reason did Gmail give that the message was considered spam, futurosoft? I don't know if Hotmail gives a reason. It could be that the message contents are similar to other messages reported as spam.

I had the same problem with Hotmail, Gmail and Yahoo..

After configuring Domain Keys, DKIM properly my emails are no longer marked Spam in Gmail and Yahoo but hotmail still marks it as Junk

Also if your IP Address is not blacklisted then sign up for Junk Mail Reporting Partner Program, You can search in google for the link.
