Issue my nwe website only work on my pc

I added a new domain to my host i pointed my ip to vultr from namecheap dns
but i have strange problem , the website open only on my pc
not my mobile or my brother pc

can someone check and what should i do?

so its working fine?
why it is not working on other pc ? even we tried incognito window and removed cache we see ssl lock unsafe message ..
