My qmail cant send mails!!!!

Hi,
I have a plesk 7.5 with qmail email server, this one(Qmail) canot send emails to another emails like gmail,hotmail.
What can be hapen.
Some one toll me of that is a problem with plesk 7. x could you help me with this, becouse my server does not sen emails it just recive
