My server send spam , what am i doing ?

hi ,
my server send spam to out and data center said to me block my ip , what am i doing to Prevent from send spam ? ( this is emergency issue )
OS : fedora C6
plesk : 8.2.0
Mail server : Qmail

When logged into Plesk, on the left hand column where the navigation is, under the 'System' block, select 'Server'. On that page, select the 'Mail' Icon/Button.

On this page, for more strict action, make sure 'Closed' is selected for 'Relaying'.

If thats already selected, perhaps find out what kind of spam specifically is being sent through your system from your host, and you can also try to make use of the SPF features.

It could also be coming from a vulnerable web application, or a compromised user account. I have a rough procedure for investigating it deeper here:

I lend this spam send by a php script ( http://kb.swsoft.com/en/766 ) .
how to find this script or how to find which user or domain use from this script ?
