My Work Area Editor is missing. Can you help?!

Hi,

Can yu tell me how to switch on an WYSIWYG editor again on my site builder i4.5? I tried to use it with Firefox and IE 10 but all same...
I can only see the box with html text.

Apologies but this is my second day using your tools...and Im completely lost it.
Also, why my header menu is not fully presented?

Please reply and forgive me for poor language.

Please help me here. I wanted to edit text in a 'normal' way, not html but I realy dont know how and where to go to get an editor back?
I thought it is a fault of design I pick...but I tried with lots of others and still same...no editor itself on my work area?
