mysql access errors

Passwords have been changed at command level on the mysql DB. As you would imagine Plesk as got very upset with this. How do I restore just the mysql service as if it was a fresh/working install, or even resetting passwords back to make it work. Thanks in advance for anyones time and help.

Regards,

Ceph.
