MySQL and/or RPC API retrieval of Plans, counts, site/subscribers

I am trying to retrieve Panel information about Plans and their usage count and subscribers using MySQL and RPC API. Unfortunately, there is no single, or simple, query that can return that information and I have not been able to determine the PSA tables required nor the RPC API queries required. I can get some of the information but not all of it. Does anybody know what PSA tables and fields are required? Does anybody know what RPC API queries are required?

Basically what I want to get is:

Plan name
Count of Plan usage
List of subscribers, or sites, using said plan

I would like to use both methods: MySQL and RPC API.
