Resolved mysql can't starting after plesk install on Ubuntu 16.04

I installed plesk on my machine which runs Ubuntu 16.04. The installation of plesk was successful and the plesk default page is getting displayed. But I can't login to the admin panel.

I searched the internet for similar problems and tried their solutions but it didn't work out the way I wanted to.

I get following error:

... you don't provide informations, WHICH solutions/suggestions you tried to solve your issue.

Did you try out the resolution(s) from the official KB - article for this issue?
