Mysql & DNS error

squalo

New Pleskian
Using plesk 11.0.9 # 37
OS CentOS 6.3 final
I can not access mysql to perform the following operations
http://kb.parallels.com/en/1364 (I cannot add a new domain because of existing DNS records)
even following the advice of
http://kb.parallels.com/en/427 (What is the root password for MySQL?)
I always get the error: ERROR 1045 (28000): Access denied for user 'admin'@'localhost'
there are other ways to access the mysql?

[root@linux7 ~]# mysql -uadmin -p'cat /etc/psa/.psa.shadow' psa
ERROR 1045 (28000): Access denied for user 'admin'@'localhost' (using password: YES)
[root@linux7 ~]#

:(

Simply reset your Plesk admin password using ch_admin_passwd utility:

# export PSA_PASSWORD=<NEW_PASSWORD>
# /usr/local/psa/admin/bin/ch_admin_passwd

Replace <NEW_PASSWORD> above with a desired password.
