named on the FreeBSD-5.3

Just wondering why named launches twice on my FreeBSD-5.3?
The first time /etc/rc does, the second /usr/local/etc/rc.d/psa.sh does.
Should I edit psa.sh? How fine the Plesk patches will apply?
my Plesk is 7.5.2 with hotfix.
