Need Assistance setting up Shared SSL

Curtis1

Basic Pleskian
Aloha !

We need some help on setting up a shared SSL properly. Our main data system is offline for 5 days now messing with this nonsense. something that should not be this difficult in the first place.

I tried searching the forums for all info about SSL, but that's useless. it rejects the search term. Was hoping to read how someone else solved this. I read over the manual, but the information and instructions they write do not match what we are seeing on our screen.
All this "SSL" settings... these settings are scattered all over the place. would be nice if it was all at a single location instead of having to go to like 6 different things to get SSL set up properly.

Our setup :
We have Plesk 12.0.18. Purchased an SSL cert and got it on a domain, "GetMySiteOnline.com" on a dedicated IP address, on its own user account.
TRYING to set up that SSL as a shared SSL on several of our domains for our customers and on our other domains.

We are trying to follow the instructions:
http://download1.parallels.com/Ples...inistrator-guide/index.htm?fileName=60324.htm

The instructions say to :
  1. Go to Tools & Settings > Shared SSL (in the Security group).
  2. Select the Switch on shared SSL checkbox.
The option is not enabled.(see screen shot) Instead says we have no SSL installed. OH REALLY ? cause the next screen shot clearly shows that we have one installed and selected.

If we go Domains, select the GetMySiteOnline domain and then go to "Master SSL" on the right side of the screen, the option to switch on shared SSL then shows up and is available. Turning it on does nothing. going to other domains and trying to turn on "Shared SSL" does nothing. Settings for "httpSdocs" does not exist, There are no new directories created on the server that we can see. Running in circles with this for days now. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you !
