Question Need Help Configuring Plesk Web Access on Server with Custom Ports - IP Accidentally Pointed to Domain

majdi draouil

New Pleskian
Server operating system version
Ubuntu 22.04
Plesk version and microupdate number
18.0.56 #2
I’m running a Plesk server and trying to configure web access using custom links like https://ip:8443 and https://ip:8080 with the admin user without disrupting any existing services.I accidentally pointed the IP address to a domain, so when I try to log into Plesk, it automatically redirects to the website instead of the Plesk panel. pls help Screenshot 2025-03-06 174241.png

problem solved
The problem was due to the presence of a conflicting DROP rule for port 8443, which prevented incoming connections despite an existing ACCEPT rule. The issue was resolved by removing the conflicting rule, allowing the Plesk interface to function normally as intended.
