Need help urgently

I uploaded a website
it was working fine on my local server but not working well on the hosting it giving some error
http://flogzone.com/user/product.asp?brandID=9
Like if u see there its giving dissallowed parent path
Also its giving database error too
how to set those path ?
And what are the paths for plesk like in cpanel we have some different path what about plesk ?
and how to allow parent paths ?

IIS -> local computer -> Web Sites -> right click flogzone.com -> Properties -> Home directory -> Configuration -> Options -> select Enable parent paths
