Need help with SQL Express 2005

Hi
I purchased add on that support MSSQL.
After I uploaded key to server then I go check the database and SQL appear. But I can't use web admin when I click ,the new popup browser show nothing.

Do I need to extra config?

Detail : Plesk 8.1 running on Window Server 2003 Standard Edition

anyone has same problem?
