• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
    If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Hi Guys,

We've got a Plesk 8.x licence on lease and I have recently reformatted our main server. I have just installed Plesk 9.2 but have realised this isn't compatible with our licence - is this correct?

The server is running Centos5, is it just a case of uninstalling all of the psa-* RPMs?

Thanks

Steve

Hello.

Unfortunately if you do not want to purchase SUS for your license then removing Parallels Plesk rpm probably is the fastest solution for your issue.

Dear Steve,

Please, contact the Parallels Online Sales team. They will advise you if you can upgrade you license, so it will not be necessary to uninstall/reinstall Parallels Plesk Panel(PP). Please, use the following numbers:

* Local: +1 (703) 579-0156
* Toll-free: +1 (888) 811-2489

And choose option number 3.

Thank you
