Need Ugent Help from PSA / Linux Technician.. Will Pay

I have a temp job that needs urgent attention. WILL PAY
I need to roll back php from version 5 back to version 4.
I am not sure how this happened.. I think it installed through YUM when I added atomics mail scanner to try and fix emails.
Now many many sites are down and I can not get them back running with php5.

PLEASE HELP SOMEONE!!..
