Issue .NET Toolkit not working for Web API application

Server operating system version
Ubuntu 22.04.2 LTS
Plesk version and microupdate number
Plesk Obsidian v18.0.54_build1800230714.10 os_Ubuntu 22.04
I am running with latest Plesk Edition

OSUbuntu 22.04.2 LTS

When i tried to deploy sample .NET Web API (6.0) by using .NET Toolkit it's not working and no logs were present.

i have removed extension and re-installed also removed packages and re installed but no use

No Logs are present in the Logs

Do we need any additional settings that need to do in Startup or Launch Settings?

Also while building do we need any specific target platform?
