Network Load Balancing Solution -Please reply

I am investigating question. Is anybody interested in buildinig Network Load Balancing Solution using Plesk for Windows?
I know there was a thread and many answers that it is impossible to create NLB using Plesk for Windows.
However, while new storage solutions come up. It is time to ty to build fault tolerant solution, using SAN. Please reply?
