New GoDaddy VDS - FrontPage can't connect?

I can use FrontPage to connect to the old server (now an IP address), but on the new GoDaddy VPS, I can't even get to the password prompt. I am typing in the domain name now that the DNS has updated a few days ago.

Anyone have any idea why I can't connect? I have a funny feeling it is an easy fix or something...

BTW I installed FrontPage Support, FrontPage over SSL Support, and Remote FrontPage Authoring is ENABLED.... what am i doin wrong?
