Issue New Installed Plesk error 404

SteffB

New Pleskian
Following environment:

Ubuntu 18.04 LTS update and upgrade executed
Plesk Obisidian 18.0.34
Fresh installation and init setup of plesk over the internal IP and a new webadmin license.
Created a domain and a test subdomain to it. (the domain is located on another server and works. The Goal is to move this domain. So I used a subdomain for testing)
Added an DNS Entry on my DNS provider test.domain.xy with the external IP
Added firewall rules and routing from external IP to internal IP for http https and 8443

The plesk panel works over EXTERN_IP:8443
If I click on preview for the test website I get the plesk default page
If I access the URL direct I get:

Not Found

HTTP Error 404. The requested resource is not found.

Nothing in Logs inside the plesk backend

I tried
Install new for many times. Tried older Versions of plesk
Left my license out
Uninstalled the WordPress Toolkit
Die many repairs for ftp/web and file system. I also did a full repair for the server once

Greetings Stephan

I think you should have two domains associated with the server to avoid that issue:
One is the server domain (the host name), the other one is used for your website. Using the same domain name for both, website and server, will lead to several issues.
