New Joke from SWsoft , 5 days takes to restore 390 ftp sub users

In last I have found that I need to change the type of the the IP to be shared.

I started to make the restore process , But what is the Problem ?

it takes 5 days to restore 390 ftp sub users , the restore was made through Plesk GUI.

This is the first time I find a software that so little process take 5 days to be finished.

I guess that the CEO of SWsoft need start firing all developing team.

i have the same issue, wtih plesk 9.2.1 for linux.

in my case slowness is due to the restoration of alias (i have 192 alias !!!!)

plesk 9 is unusable in my case !!!
