Hello everyone! This is my first post so I'll make it newbish! 
1. What is the difference between Master and Slave DNS zones? I see the option when creating Domain Templates, when should I set it to Master or Slave?
2. What is the Validity Period used for under Domain Templates?
3. What is thteh difference between Exclusive and Shared IP? Does every customer need a new IP? If one is shared, what are the rules?
4. What is Log Rotation?
5. How can the customer upload there own content for there website? The FTP is only for Anonymous users.
6. Lastly, are there other skins available? And how can I really customize this to fit my web site?
Sorry for all the newb questions, but help is greatly appreciated!
