Will try now.

Works both ways, if I log in as admin it works and does all my httpdocs / stats / private / subdomains / mails / settings. Same if I login as the Client and do it.

hmm, what do I do worng....
When i look at the backup file .psa (rename it to .zip and open it) I see the httpdocs. And when i resore it says OK, but the httpdocs i empty.
In the cmd.log for the resore it dont write anything about restoring the httpdocs.

Umm, I never tried to restore tho.. thought you meant it didnt backup the httpdocs into the zip files... I dont want to try to do a restore as these are my active clients.. I will have to setup a dummy account and give that a try to restore.

There was working 7.0.1 on my server.But ****ing my mind kicks me to install 7.0.3.So i uninstalled Plesk and try to intall 7.0.3. But
I get an error message too while i am trying to install. It is nearly end ot the installation.
It is occured 3 times fot the 3 choices of installation package.

I AM WARNING YOU DO NOT INSTALL 7.0.3 UNTIL IT IS REALEASED AS A PATCH OR YOU HAVE BRAND NEW SERVER WITHOUT PLESK.

I do not understand how companies realese this versions without a good bug check!

Ill be happy if you would try. I just dont understand why I have so many problems whit plesk.
Thay also comout whit a service pack 2 now, It is the 7.0.3 update. Here thay write that backup is fix, but i try installe a new clean server 2003 english/english but it is the same.

Is it PYTHON there makes the problems?
It was for me at my first installation on a clean 7.0.3. So i went for at standard installation and it helps..

Yes same error with phyton but thrn i tried 2 time with standarrt option too.

After that i wanted from servematrix to install 7.0.1 again.

But there is a big problem :

My mails and other functions are generally working except hhtdocs. I do not understand what is wrong. Because when you log in as an adin and click file manager you can see the files that shoul be , is there.

But i could not reach them from www browser:

It shows default page like new empty host or "Service Unavailable"

Also Ftp is giving error too. ftp does not except password. An says that :

"530 User sitename cannot log in, home directory inaccessible."

I deleted domain completely and recreated it like an new host but doesnt help. DNS is corect to

Seems that the web config of plesk is

I am gona crazy .

Where are the config that shows the www requests go to which httdocs directory?

To Your "Service Unavailable" problem, seach this forum and find your help.

How do you delete a domain completely ?

Have you check IIS for info about "home dir" on your website.
Like: c:\Inetpub\vhost\domain.com\

Also i advise you to use to Plesk Reconfigurator in Programs in Sw-soft menu of Windows 2003. There is an option for Repair Plesk Installation. It fixed some problems too.

Now all my sites are working , at least seems fully working until now.

I guess if it aint broke don't fix it. I certainly don't want to sweat a night out because of a patch.

SÃ¥ if you restore 200 website med spec. premissions like on database (access) dir, and others, then you have to manualy set premisiions on all the folder...

ms sql is fine on my 7.02:

Just playing with anti virus this week. I'll let you know how it goes.

I advise everyone with older version Plesk is upgrade to 7.0.3 via patch in this link ( patches )

It is very painless ehn you consider it with unsinstalling and reinstaling.
