Newbie Help! default index page set up via SSH in Plesk

Hello All,

Please I'm a newbie to SSH commands,...can somebody please give me the step-by-step command for Plesk 7.5.4 on Fedora Core 2 to instruct plesk to recognise index.htm when index.html is unavailable.

I've checked all related threads I can find, but can't find any that gave the step-by-step command that I need!

These mods are not Plesk version specific, the exact location of the httpd.conf file may vary from system to system, so you may have to do as another post suggests, use the find command (see the thread).
