nginx 403 only on home pahe with nginx and PHP-FPM enabled

Hi there,

When nginx and PHP-FPM is enabled, I am getting a 403 only on the home page (index page) on an installation of shopware. All other pages are working.

Any hints or ideas are highly appreciated.
