Resolved Nginx as Accept Headers image/webp

i have Community Software Woltlab Suite forum.doitauto.de and when i write a post and click any smiley to add the post that is not doing add, i have write Woltlab.com and have open Ticket about them, reply from them is:

have you Nginx as Accept Headers image/webp Configured? The graphics are all base64 encoded.
the developer console say that is any problem with caching the files

what he mnean here and what is solutin forme please?

Problem solved the mod_pagespeed was should for this problem after uninstall pagespeed no more errors
