Nginx memory balooning, then resets weekly

KeithSav

New Pleskian
Running latest Plesk on CentOS, 64gb RAM / 500GB HD, 25 sites.
Nginx's memory steadily balloons from 14gb to 22gb over the course of 1 week. You can practically draw a straight line. Then on Sunday morning, drops back to 14gb.
Sunday is when I have all my Plesk scheduled backup routines running. Other than the backups I do not have any other scheduled task that I believe would effect Nginx.
All other processes run steady memory profiles.
Can anyone shed some light on how to track down this behavior and if there is anything I can do to mitigate?

Thanks for any assistance.
