Issue Nginx with ipv6 after shutdown and restart

Hi,
my webservers OS
Debian 8.5‬
Plesk Version 12.5.30 Update #40

I followed the instructions KB 114245 which helps temporarely but after a shutdown and restart I have to do the whole procedure again.

Here is the failure description :
Unable to generate the web server configuration file on the host <xxx.xxx.com> because of the following errors:

Template_Exception: nginx: [emerg] bind() to [2001:41d0:xxxx:xxxx::b01f:5928]:443 failed (99: Cannot assign requested address)
nginx: configuration file /etc/nginx/nginx.conf test failed

file: /opt/psa/admin/plib/Template/Writer/Webserver/Abstract.php
line: 75

Any Help or Solution ?

Please resolve the errors in web server configuration templates and generate the file again.

Thank you for your quick response.
I tried your solution before but it doesnt fix the problem. These are the steps I do after I restarted the server and after that everything runs normal but without fixing it manually it seems ipv6-configuration is not saved well .
