• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

no email between accounts on any domain on the same server

We're running Plesk 7.5.4. When emailing from one account to any other account on any domain that is hosted on the server, it never gets to the destination. The email goes into some black hole, because I do not get a delivery failure email.

If one of the endpoints is outside these domains, ie, hotmail, then I can send/receive email just fine.

We've narrowed down the time that this problem started to somewhere between 9/23/2005 and 9/28/2005.

What could cause this? Any quick fixes? Any slow fixes? Thanks.

David

Do you keep any maintenance work logs for the server, if so, was there any updates, upgrades, other changes in software on the server?

Probably won't help, but you could try running the mchk utility.
