• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

No FTP-Backup possible

g4marc

Basic Pleskian
Hi,
i have two identical configurated servers with ftp-repository.
the dayly backup-size is on one server 3GB, the other one about 17GB

first, i had problems with it, because my temp-files was too small, so i extended it over mount bind, like it is descirbed >>HERE<<

now, the backup to ftp-repository only works on the "small" server.
The other one starts with that backup-process and write it temporarily to the server-repository (i can see it over the backup-manager tool inside psa) this is a "normal" process, says parallels.
but after just a few seconds the temp file disapears and there is no ftp-repository found! also the backup-process shows no active backups anymore!

backup to server-repository works well, but that is no solution.

somebody have a hind, what it could be?
weird thing is, that it works on the other server with exact the same configuration and OS!
