default plesk 9 with updates and hotfixes installed. after creating new mail address, i can go into the webmail account, send emails out, but cannot receive emails. this is the error message header for the undelviered emails:
A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:
SMTP error from remote mail server after RCPT TO:<*****@****.com>:
host mx01.1and1.com [74.208.5.4]: 550 <******@******.com>:
invalid address
What is this, I have configured my server settings every way possible but cannot make this happen....
1and1 vps, with plesk 9.01 and hotfixes imstalled.
SOLVED!!! changed the MX records to point to this server.!!!
