no mail control panel access checkbox after update to 8.1 from 8.0.1

After upgrading from 8.0.1 using the Updater GUI in Plesk Admin, the checkboxe for (dis)enabling control panel access for individual mail names is gone. All new mail names automatically have control panel access turned on, and there's no way to turn it off. All old mail names that had it disabled, there's no way to turn it on.
