  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Question No outgoing mails, without using mailboxes on plesk

New Pleskian
Hi,

my plesk installation does not sent mails from any domain.
Only the System Emails are delivered.
I removed my Domainname from the log. And set "****" instead.
Can anyone help me to let my domains sent emails?

We dont use Mailboxes on Plesk. Only want to sent mail over phpmail to externals. Like over a webform on a page.

Hi Igor,

that solved this issue. Now I run into the next one.
Some of these domains use Office365 for MX.
As I know so far, MS blocks these emails automatically because they say, your are not allowed.
I already set a SFP record, but is this all in there?

Simply add your IP address to the existing SPF record, e.g.

a:<your ip address of your Plesk host>

example:
a:123.123.34.34
