Issue No Quota is shown in Roundcube

Plesk 12.5.30#74 in Roundcube Webmail the size of the mailbox in the bottom left corner of the web page is not displayed. It's always 0% and unknown popup.
Does somebody have had an idea, how to fix it?
Mailbox limit set to 10GB
In the Plesk I see 593MB of used space
SMTP: Postfix
IMAP/POP: Courier
OS is: Ubuntu

I don't use Onyx 17.0.17. I read this post. Not help
