No site directory created

Problem:
I create new domain (site) from PLESK web-interface. Then I open "Setup" item and specify type of hosting to "Physical". Next step I specify ftp login and limits (default limits).

But PLESK does not create directory for new domain (site) in vhosts/

Q1: Where can I find detailed PLESK logs?

Q2: What may cause non-created site directories?

Q3: Where I can look princips apllying by PLESK to create site directory structure?
