Not sure if this is the right section so apologies if it's not.

I'm trying to move my site from a shared host (which uses cPanel) to VPS (uses Plesk) and I'm finding it really confusing (being new to both VPS and Plesk).

My site has 2 databases:

I've managed to re-create these databases in Plesk:

The first thing I don't understand, is why I can't have the same db user added to both (like I have neblncbt_bash added to both in the first picture). When I click 'add new database user' for the 2nd db and enter the user I added to the 1st database, it says "user already exists". This would make sense if I could see that the user was also added to the 2nd database, but it isn't, it's only been added to the 1st db and I can see "No Database users" under 'database users' list for the 2nd db. Must I use a unique username for each db even though they're seperate? strange.

The second thing I don't understand, is how I can access phpmyadmin, since clicking on 'webadmin' (which I believe should direct me to phpmyadmin?) does nothing. I don't know if it's because phpmyadmin isn't installed because, being new to VPS and everything, I don't know how I can check to see if it is (and after 6 hours their 'support' still haven't replied).

I'm sorry to spam with my noobiness and thanks very much in advance for your time.
